REVIEW & APPROVE Carousel Tutorial

Hi EOWG,

As announced last week, here is the Review and Approval Survey for the 
Carousels tutorial.

I have addressed all concerns that have been raised in our last survey 
and I hope that we can now start to approve individual pages or the 
whole tutorial 🤞.
