EOWG Weekly Survey participation

EOWG Participants,

Pardon my frankness, but we must have better participation in the Weekly
Survey feedback and on weekly teleconference calls. Quite honestly,
participation has been lacking at best and we are not able to move forward
on some tasks and goals when we don't have the majority of participants
completing surveys or attending meetings.

We are all, every one of us, extremely busy people. But we have all also
set forth to dedicate time and effort to the Education & Outreach Working
Group. Please make time in your schedules to respond to surveys and attend
scheduled meetings.

We have re-opened this weeks Weekly Survey as we have an approval question
and a review of two Easy Checks topics that we need responses on. To date,
only two participants aside from the chairs and staff have responded to the
survey. We need responses from all active participants. We do not want to
go the route of naming names in reminder emails, so please improve the
level of your participation if it has been lacking.
