   Creating project plan
   Started creating a proposed information organization/layout for policy
   page.

Short term goals:


   Finish gathering issues and put into GitHub (next week)
   Finish project plan to review with EO planning team (next week)
   Finish first draft of proposed information organization/layout


Mid-term goals:


   Complete information/organization layout
   Create proposed information/organization and method of receiving updates
   Draft policy page with known information using the new
   information/organization layout.


Long-term goals:


Publish and maintain using the new method of receiving updates.
