Please Read ASAP - EOWG 22 July Meeting

Greetings EOWG, Please read carefully...

*** Important: No Teleconference Meeting 22 July ***

The Chairs request that you please use this cancelled meeting time to work
on resources that you may be managing.

Below is a list of things to work through and prepare for. *Please complete
them.*

   1. If you have not done so, as a Resource Manager (RM), *add all of your
assigned resources to the Resource management Tool
   <http://w3c.github.io/wai-resources/>* page
<http://w3c.github.io/wai-resources/> [1] as soon as possible.
   2. The Resource Management Tool has been updated. The "Priority" flag
has been changed to an "Active" flag. *All RMs go back to all of your
resources and set the active flag* as true for resources that you are
actively working on, or set as false for resources that are on your list
but are not currently working on or only reviewing them to determine next
step. This will help the Chairs easily view which resources we should
expect active updates and work on.
   3. I (Brent) will be reaching out to the RMs of the following resources
to develop a repeating schedule for teleconference updates. *Please be
prepared to discuss current work and a repeating update schedule* for
   EOWG meetings with me.
   - Policies Relating to Web Accessibility
      - Tips for Getting Started with Web Accessibility
      - Accessible UI Components List
      - Planning & Managing (Suite of three resources)
      - Accessibility, Usability & Inclusion
      - Easy Checks - A First Review of Web Accessibility
      - Web Accessibility Tutorials
      - Developing Web Accessibility Presentations and Training
      - Introduction to Web Accessibility (and related documents)
      - Template for Accessibility Evaluation Reports
      - Mobile Accessibility
      - Other (If you have an "active" resource that I have missed, please
      let me know)
   4. Please *complete the Face-to-Face Availability Survey
<https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/35532/F2F2016/>* [2] so that we can plan
appropriately for a possible face-to-face meeting in November at Accessing
Higher Ground (AHG) in Boulder, Colorado.

All of the above tasks are also listed on the Work for This Week section of
the EOWG Meetings page
<https://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/wiki/index.php?title=EOWG_Meetings&action=edit#Work_for_this_week>

Thank you,
Brent & Sharron
