Added Showcase Survey

Greetings All,

We have updated the [1] Work for this Week
<https://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/wiki/EOWG_Meetings> by adding the link for the
[2] Showcase examples with video survey
<https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/35532/EOWG-ShowcaseExamples3/>. This
separate survey will be open until 10 February to give you time to complete
the script review. We need everyone to complete this review before the
survey closes.

As a reminder, please complete the normal weekly survey by today. Also, if
you have not already done so, carve out time to complete the [3] Web
Accessibility Evaluation Tools List Approval survey
<https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/35532/EvalTools1dot1Approval/>, which
is due on 10 February as well.
