This is a good start, I think it would be good to have some criteria on when a comment doesn’t need EOWG discussion (typos, technical errors, …). I think handling comments should be in the main “task” section on the page as this is one of the things that is needed to be done in this stage. I think there could be more procedural information on the page, and I hope I can take the time next week to add to the page (and frankly to all of the Resource Development Life Cycle pages).
