Minutes and - you lucky ducks - 3 surveys!

Greetings all,

Well trackbot and friends decided to pull an April Fools day and did not
make minutes, so I had to transcribe from the IRC feed in my client -
yuck!  So please review the attached minutes carefully to be sure I
correctly attributed statements to the right folks.

and I just wanted to add a note about the Resource Management survey which
is one of the three. Several people signed up for many of the resources.
You may not be able to assess all of your resources this week, but please
do try to get a start on at least a few of them so that we can begin to
make group priorities and plan of approach.
