04 September minutes and work for this week

Hi all,

Hope those in the USA are having a happy long Labor Day weekend.  I have
attached minutes from Friday's meeting and updated Work for This Week

Remember that we have agreed to complete surveys by Wednesdays while our
production schedule is so full.  That means Wednesday midnight Boston time.
