Greetings all,

As we head into a holiday weekend in the US I know that many of you are
distracted by picnic plans and other summer fun.

But before you head out, please take a few minutes to respond to this

[1] We have made provisions for you to say that you have not reviewed the
materials and put a date for when you might be able to.  There is even an
complete opt-out response provided. Of especial interest are questions 1,
2, 3 and 4.

Shadi, Eric, and Kevin have been working hard on these terrific resources
and your guidance is tremendously useful.  So please take a minute to
