I'm receiving a 404 error on all the Forms Diff pages, for example, for the Forms Cover Page: http://services.w3.org/htmldiff?doc1=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2FWAI%2Ftutorials%2Fsource%2Fforms%2F&doc2=http%3A%2F%2Fw3c.github.io%2Fwai-tutorials%2Fsource%2Fforms%2F

I submitted my feedback for the images content of the tutorial.

The deadline for first survey is *Thursday 19 February*.
