EOWG: Call for Review: Tutorials - Images, Tables, Forms [work this week :-)

EOWG folks,

Happy 2015!

We're poised to finalize a lot of neat EOWG deliverable in the coming months! We've got a few things ready for your publication approval now.

*Images and Tables Tutorials*:
Back in May 2014 we approved publishing the Images and Tables Tutorials.[1] There have been a few changes to these Tutorials; they are summarized and linked to in the survey and below.[2] If you have any comments on these tutorials or the Tutorials cover page, please put them in the survey at:

*Forms Tutorial*:
In October 2014 we approved posting a draft of the Forms tutorial.[3] The Forms Tutorial is now ready for your review and approval to publish. The survey is at:

*All active EOWG participants* need to complete the Forms Tutorial survey. Please *complete it by Tuesday 13 January* if possible.
