GitHub review and training

Greetings to my esteemed colleagues,

As you may recall, Eric has generously offered to run a live WebEx demo
session to help people use GitHub for commenting and editing the documents
and tools we are currently reviewing.  He has offered 3 dates as options
during the week of June 29.
