Meeting notes from our F2F in Austin, TX last week

Hi EOWG,

I have cleaned up the meeting notes of our F2F meeting in Austin last 
week. Thanks for all that took part, it was really constructive – 
although it means more work for Wilco, Kevin and me ;-)

On the second day, we collected some notes on a whiteboard, which I 
photographed and put online at [1]. We will put the notes on the wiki in 
the next few days.

BTW: If you wonder who James Green is: He is a prospective new 
participant in EOWG, working for VISA Inc. from Austin, TX. He was super 
helpful during user feedback sessions at AccessU and then participated 
on both days in the F2F and gave us insights into the accessibility 
process at VISA.
