Quickref Update 2015-04-28

Hi EOWG and WCAG!

Thanks for your continued interest in the development of the quick 
reference. We’re now at a stage where we want to collect feedback from 
various different sources, like you and User Testers at the AccessU 
conference.

The quickref mockup[1] was updated since I last wrote in to include 
quite significant changes. Please have a look.

Changes are continuously documented in the wiki on Github:

Highlights:

* There are now two sidebars, one for the overview navigation and search 
and another one for the filters
* Made both sidebars collapsible
* Sidebar status is reflected in the URL
* Removed tags for now (they will be re-introduced in the filters to 
minimize clutter)
* Filter status is reflected in the URL
* Filters and sidebar status is applied when accessing the quickref from 
a link with parameters[2]
* The last view is stored in localStorage and restored if one comes to 
the page without parameters set
* You can now reset all filters
* Design changes

The next steps are:

* Build a mobile-first responsive layout
* Add more content
* Introduce checklist functionality
* Work out all the filters
* work out a technique that produces shorter URLs

raise an issue[3] on Github. *Please note that this is fairly early in 
the process and the design will adapt greatly to functional changes.*
