Hi EOWG folks, The EOWG agenda is updated for tomorrow at <https://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/wiki/EOWG_Meetings#1_August_2014_teleconference> Here is a little more info: 1. WCAG-EM Report Tool <http://w3c.github.io/wcag-em-report-tool/dist/> - Discuss the overall sequence of the steps, clarity on where you are and what you can do at each step, and the design and structure of the application. 2. Planning for Web Accessibility <http://w3c.github.io/wai-planning-and-implementation/Overview.html> - Discuss approach and direction of "Introduction", "Establish Roles and Responsibilities", and "Develop an Organizational Policy" sections. (not word-smithing yet, though comments on the content and editorial tone of these sections is welcome) Kevin made some changes based on the feedback from last weeks meeting and structured things slightly differently. He also did some work on the next section ‘Develop Accessibility Policy’. Main questions are: *Does this reworked structure improve the flow and understandability of the document? * How is the overall tone? * Has anything essential been removed? Comments can go it either: * GitHub <https://github.com/w3c/wai-planning-and-implementation> * Wiki <https://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/wiki/Feedback:_Implementation_Plan_for_Web_Accessibility> * e-mail 3. Tutorials * Last week we asked for EOWG's approval to publish <http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/w3c-wai-eo/2014JulSep/0025.html>. (Thanks Helle for completing it and Howard for feedback in GitHub.) We need to know when people will be able to complete this. :-) Thanks! Talk to you Friday! Best, ~Shawn
