EOWG, In today's teleconference we agreed to look at the issue of techniques and failures related to alt for images, etc. Please read the background at <https://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/wiki/WCAG_review#alt_issue> It would be useful for someone(s) to pull out specific relevant points from the e-mail threads and list them there. You can put your thoughts under the "Discussion" heading. And proposed comment text under "EOWG Comment" -- remember this should be from an education and outreach perspective.
