EOWG perspectives on alt techniques in ARIA10 and F65 - work this week

In today's teleconference we agreed to look at the issue of techniques and failures related to alt for images, etc.

It would be useful for someone(s) to pull out specific relevant points from the e-mail threads and list them there.

You can put your thoughts under the "Discussion" heading.
And proposed comment text under "EOWG Comment" -- remember this should be from an education and outreach perspective.

The deadline for comments is next week, so please add your thoughts asap.
