Text Enlargement with / without Word Wrapping

Hi All,

Sorry about missing today.  I visiting a nutritionist to adjust my
everyday diet, but she has me on this extreme diet now.  I am not
sick, but low energy.  Hence, I missed the meeting.

Now to business.  This attachment discusses data loss from enlargement
without word wrapping. Specifically it analyzes the ratio of noise to
signal.  The doc shows a 8:1 noise to signal ratio, but in a real page
it is often twice that or more.
