EOWG Action Tracker Update

Hi all,

I've completed and closed the following actions assigned to me:
* ACTION-282: Integrate text only zoom into the zoom section.
* ACTION-284: Draft a different title and explanatory text for the Contrast section
* ACTION-285: Add AnnaBelle's illustrations to the Easy Checks wiki
* ACTION-286: Suggest page Title image screen grabs that match suggested practice for title format.

This is pending - I sent Shadi an e-mail only just late today:
* ACTION-287: Ask Shadi if we can have only one section expanded by default.

I also closed these actions assigned to others:
* ACTION-236: Explore venue possibilities for F2F at CSUN (Wayne)
* ACTION-249: Research alternatives for hotel costs in San Diego (Wayne)
* ACTION-264: Update media. update forms (Sharron)
* ACTION-270: Take comments about multimedia and revise for review (Sharron)
* ACTION-273: take an edit pass at the text size and zoom section (Ian)
* ACTION-275: Add breif explanation of auto-captions to intro in media section (Sharron)
* ACTION-276: Edit audio description to reflect that the provision on a separate track is rare. (Sharron)
* ACTION-283: Compute how many CTL + are needed to get to 200% (Wayne)
