EOWG: Easy Checks completing Forms and Plain Text View week of 17 June

Hi all,

I think the Forms and Plain Text View sections are getting close. It would be great to get these sections to the public page soon (<http://www.w3.org/WAI/eval/preliminary>).

Can we address the open issues the *week of 17 June*? Note that we'll need to do it *by wiki or e-mail* since the 21 June teleconference agenda is already pretty full.

Forms section:
Based on today's telecon, I've updated the Forms section at: <http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/Drafts/eval/checks#forms>
and made a new heading in the wiki for comments from today: <http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/wiki/Easy_Checks#Comments_after_14_June>

Open issues:
There are several @@s throughout these sections. Expand all http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/Drafts/eval/checks and search for @@ -- then add your comments to the wiki.
