Sometimes the heading hierarchy will have gaps. I have seen this occur when a CMS inserts content. For example: coders of local content will be given h1, h2 and h3. The CMS will use h4, h5 and h6 to fill in database generated content. The pages follow a hierarchy, but there will be gaps if the local content contributor does not use up h1, h2 and h3. Wayne
