EOWG folks,

Based on today's teleconference discussion, I have updated the draft sections for our new charter at: <http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/wiki/Charter_2013>

All input - substantial or minor - is still welcome at this point.

(Wednesday it will be looked at by other WAI Working Group chairs; however, we can still make changes after that, so feel free to add comments after Tuesday.)
