The updated California State University check list is up on the
Preliminary Evaluation Wiki in a much more readable format than my
earlier email.  This is the an updated version of the checklist used
by CSU System, including CSUN.  Tom Jewett and I wrote it when we
trained the web designers and developers about accessibility.
