Shawn has dropped the text of the WCAG Overview document into a Wiki at:
http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/wiki/WCAG_Overview_Revision_Draft_with_Comments.

The WCAG Overview document is cross referenced from all sorts of places
including WCAG 2.0 itself and probably should be explaining what the WCAG
2.0 document*s* are.
I have made some suggestions as to what needs updating and started on some
suggestions as to what those changes should be. So that we can discuss it
on Friday.
