my vote on business case slides

I regret missing last Friday's call, and I just realized that the 
survey for the Business Case slides is closed.

I would have voted to publish as is, however, and I wanted to note 
that for the record.

I also took a quick skim through, and I didn't find any small edits.

I've always viewed these business case slides as a sort of framework; 
sure, some will take them wholesale, but I suspect many evangelists 
will modify them for their audiences.  I really hope we can market 
the draft publication of these as an opportunity to gather more solid 
business cases from around the world.
