This is a good place to read up on the latest developments. If I may, a
couple of observations:
1.       Abbreviations like HTML, XHTML, CSS, and SMIL may need expansion
(below the header ‘Use implementation techniques and developer resources
that accompany each standard’).  2.       Words ‘can be’ are repeated (below
the header ‘Develop translations and authorized translations as needed’)
