EOWG: 21-23 September prep and teleconference dial-in numbers

EOWG,

The EOWG agenda for this week's teleconference is updated at http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/#agenda

Please read these documents and prepare for discussion before the teleconference:

1. Developing Websites for Older People

* Ready now: comment reply draft http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/w3c-wai-eo/2010JulSep/0053.html

We'll let you know if there are other issues that are brought up in the survey that need discussion.

2. Usability-Accessibility document

* Ready now: Analysis/requirements doc http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/changelogs/cl-accessibility-n-usability (We don't expect to spend much time on the analysis itself, but are happy to discuss any comments or questions.)

Status of draft document: The first two sections (Understanding Usability and Accessibility, Usable Web Accessibility) are drafted, although they might change a little with the next edit pass. The rest of it will be updated later in the week.

For now, please review the analysis/requirements and skim the first sections of the draft so you are familiar with what we are trying to accomplish with this document and can review the completed draft more quickly once it is available.

3. WAI-AGE articles

* Ready now: Analysis/requirements http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/Drafts/age-articles/articles-plan.html (it may change a little bit, but not significantly)

We would like EOWG input particularly on the purpose, audience, key messages, and title ideas for each article.

---

Teleconference note: We currently have limited lines on the European dial-in numbers. If you can use the US number without trouble, please do so in order to leave the European numbers for those who can't.

Thanks!

~Shawn
