Hi Henny, we've got a working skip link for Chrome and Safari -- thought 
you might like to know...


cc'd to EO as it's something that has been mentioned in previous 
discussion on WCAG2.0 - SC 2.4.1 Bypass Blocks: A mechanism is available 
to bypass blocks of content that are repeated on multiple Web pages. 
(Level A) - can now be achieved. Phew.
