Web Content Accessibility and the Mobile Web documents We plan to publish a "First Public Working Draft" of the technical document along with the intro documents in January. The technical document is not complete, and will be published with information missing. The goal for this first publication is primarily to introduce this new work to the public (not to have a complete version yet). Please concentrate your review on making sure nothing problematic is said. Separate your comments into serious concerns that need to be addressed *before* publication as a rough draft, and suggestions for future edits.
