Dear EOWG, Ref: <http://www.un.org/disabilities/default.asp?id=210> You may be interested to know that 20 Countries have now ratified the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, so that it will formally enter into force in May 2008. I think this is a great step in promoting an understanding of equal access to information to be a basic human right.
