EOWG: Upcoming work and schedule

Dear Active EOWG Participants,

EOWG's current work is updated at: http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/#deliv
Note that we plan to complete almost all of the items in the first list in the next 4-6 weeks, so that our documents are ready for publication of the related technical documents. This will be a heavier workload for EOWG than sometimes in the past, although generally should not be much over your minimum 4-hour commitment[1].

In order to get through all of this work, we will be using the mailing list and maybe survey forms for discussions, to collect comments, and to focus topics for the teleconferences. Please plan to schedule time throughout the week to review documents and respond as requested. While we will try to send information with as much lead time as possible, we may have shorter turn-around times than ideal. Therefore, it would be good if you can schedule some review time near the end of each week, before teleconferences.

Meetings:
Upcoming teleconference are updated, along with possible topics, at: http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/#meetings

Friday 23 November is a holiday in the U.S.; however, given that at least 8 people can probably attend a teleconference[2] and we have a lot of work to do, I propose holding a meeting on that date. Because it is a holiday for many, we would not make any final decisions at that meeting. If you have any concerns with holding an EOWG teleconference on 23 November, please let me know.

Finally, please complete the survey of your expected participation in upcoming EOWG teleconferences through the end of the year at:

Best,
~Shawn
