WCAG 1.0, Mobile Web and Internationalisation Best Practices cross over

Hi All,

A while ago I started mapping WCAG 1.0, MWBP's and the
Internationalisation guidance. This is attached but I've not gone
through, re-read and QA'd it yet so it's very much a draft for info.
