Went back and tried to work this in. For scripting, the main point is just that they can use it now, whereas couldn't so much with WCAG 1.0. Added an example for WAI-ARIA.

Have you looked at the current techniques to see that they do in fact provide this? I'm sure that WCAG WG would like for the to; however, I'm not sure that they will any time soon. (Unfortunately I haven't taken time to read through the latest version to see what's there.)
