Quick reference

I've not had the opportunity to spend much time looking at the document
this morning but have the following initial thoughts:

1. Text "The "Customize Quick Reference" button below regenerates this
page based on the checkboxes selected." above the "Customise Quick
Reference" button seems a bit redundant as this is what you'd expect
from the button below anyway.

2. I still have a hard tome with the document title. It is a quick
reference but that's not all it is or can be used for.

3. The button doesn't seem to work in IE but is fine in Firefox.

4. The formatting has additional bullets in IE but is fine in Firefox
