Dear EOWG Participants:
An agenda and calling logistics for our 15 December 2006 teleconference follow.

Agenda:
1. Face-to-face meeting registration
If you plan to attend the EOWG f2f 22-23 January in Boston (Cambridge), please register through the "Registration for W3C Multi-Group Meetings" page at:
http://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/1/MGM07req/
If you are *not* attending, please make sure that you have selected "Cannot attend" in the previous "EOWG F2F Meeting Participation" survey at:
http://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/35532/35532-WAI_EOWG_F2F_S05/?
*NOTE* The 2 surveys are different -- a new one for those attending, and the old one for those not attending.
2. Promotional Campaign to Web Development Course Instructors
a. "Integrating Web Accessibility in Courses" resource listing:
http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/Drafts/promos/courses.php#resources (to be updated before the meeting)
- How is the presentation and organization of the resource listing?
- Of the current items in the resource listing, what should be added or taken away?
- Is there other guidance that we can give without increasing the scope too much?
b. Announcement for "Integrating Web Accessibility in Courses":
http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/Drafts/promos/courses.php#announce (to be updated before the meeting)
- Is the length OK, since it is frontloaded and has headings? If not, what can we cut down?
- How is the tone, organization, and content?
Note: The documents above will be updated on Thursday.

IRC reminders and tips:
- IRC is supplemental to the call. Some participants do not have IRC. All
substantive comments should be said verbally in the call (not just in IRC).
- to type a side comment that will _not_ get recorded in the minutes, type
/me comment - e.g.:
/me hopes everyone had pleasant holidays
will come out:
*shawn hopes everyone had pleasant holidays
