This would really work with students: Student WAI chapters. Students love groups. Big urban universities leave them lonely and they like a reason to come together. At my department we have an ACM Chapter, an Embedded Applications Technology club --- a WAI club with a W3 logo would really send them out as accessibility evangelists and they would be part of an educational cohort that would improve their chances of graduation.
