Outreach Update

Dear EOWG Members-

Last week the California State 
University System officially launched 
the Accessible Technology Initiative, 
http://www.calstate.edu/accessibility/. 
I am attaching a memorandum from that 
initiative that is mandate from the 
top to implement IT Accessibility. 
 The memorandum delineates a three 
year plan to move the 23 Campus CSU 
System to accessibility.  It is 
unequivocal in its mission.  It feels 
like an "Emancipation Proclamation" is 
its own domain.
