The draft quick reference is the best sign of direction for accessing WCAG 2.0 yet. With its fully realiz(s)ed features one can potentially generate a personal/custom-crafted version of 2.0 that can in principle answer the needs of users who find the basic document too unwieldy/daunting/obscure. It opens the way for a concordance-like rendering that could even have multiple versions of the text for different users and invoke the clear/simple mandate while keeping the technological level for those who must have precision/completeness at the expense of transparency. By moving from a purely expositional face to a dynamic application we signal a less "blabbery" stance and move to something more palpable. Which is a way of congratulating its perpetrators for including the user in the creation of the "real" wcag via this Web Service. Love.
