RE: Updated link to Tools List

Hi Shadi,

A few suggestions for consideration:

1. We should get suppliers to specify a) the Browser version and/or ) the
developer tool versions their products work with. Eg the AIS toolbar
requires IE 5+; Lift for Dreamweaver requires Dreamweaver MX+

2. We should also specify which OS version is requires, not just which OS.

3. We should also specify the cost - or at least indicate free / shareware /
commercial

4. We should specify the languages a tool is available in to aid the
non-English speaking communities
