* Please focus only on high-level issues with the restructuring into separate documents. This is primarily a restructuring edit only, and _not_ a significant content editing revision. We intend to do a content editing revision later in 2005. (If you are uncontrollably compelled to comment on copyediting, please do so only to the wai-eo-editors@w3.org list, not to the entire EOWG list.)
* The site redesign (color, layout, CSS and HTML markup, etc.) are still incomplete, rough draft, and not ready for comment.
