In the Evaluation Tools section, the following is not a sentence: 
Perform a static analysis of pages or sites regarding their 
accessibility, and return a report or a rating. Suggest revising it to: 
Evaluation tools perform a static analysis...... " Is the subscript TM 
used consistently? Some tools may have other symbols associated with 
them, such as c for copyright or R for registered trademark. If we are 
unsure about the consistent use of these symbols, I suggest that their 
use be deleted. I think that the descriptions are clear. It's a useful 
document.
