Dear list. I have noticed that when we sends regrets to the list they appear in the minutes but if we send them to the chair or w3c contact they are often not listed in the minutes. But if my memory is correct we should actually send our regrets to the chair and not to the list, please correct me if my memory fails me. Cheers Helle See you on the call later today.
