EO also be interested in another recent Australian Human Rights and Equal
Opportunities (HREOC) press release: "Digital Divide Narrows for People
with Disabilities" - http://www.hreoc.gov.au/media_releases/2002/56_02.html
which relates to http://www.iia.net.au/awap.html. We just need our
developers to adopt now.
