JFW version 3.7 and Internet Explorer 5.5

There's an internal link on this page that is listed as Resources.  Yet 
when you choose it, you are taken to a link that is listed as WAI 
Resources.  Personally when I follow an internal link like this I expect to 
land on either a header or link of the identical name.
