Late for this morning or early for next week... CUTSD is a multi-million dollar funding body in Australia supporting research and development in the area of Education, mostly within Australian universities. It features accessibility information including reference to WAI, Bobby, Australian policy including notes from the Human Rights and Equal Opportunities Commission and the Australian Tertiary Institutions policy on accessibilty (and the Sunrise Accessibility CD). http://services.canberra.edu.au/CUTSD/announce/disaccess.html Spectrum, published by IEEE had a very good article on web accessibility. (thanks to Johan Hjelm for pointing it out) the HTML Writers' Guild launched their AWARE site recently, http://aware.hwg.org The Australian federal government is offering AUD $1.5 million in grants to projects which get disabled people online.
