draft ATAG 2.0 SCA.3.1.6 Test

Test 0001 Assertion: Keyboard Commands can be associated with User Interface Components

Test 0001 Steps:

1. If the authoring tool does not include keyboard commands, then select SKIP.

2. For the authoring tool, document all commands invoked via this keyboard interface (from user experience or authoring tool documentation).

3. For the authoring tool, document all user interface components (from user experience or authoring tool documentation).

4. For each authoring tool user interface component from Step 3:

a. Search for a way to discover (or search for a reminder of) the keyboard command(s) from Step 2 explicitly (programmatically?) associated with that component. If there are no associated keyboard commands determinable via the above methods for this component, then select FAIL.

5. Select PASS (all authoring tool user interface components must have associated keyboard command(s))
NOTE: Is association always programmatically determinable?

NOTE: Is there some equivalence implied in that operation of the component via keyboard command(s) is somehow equivalent to operation of the component via other means?
