re: Microsoft ATAG feedback

Hi all,

I have attached my initial response on Microsoft's ATAG 2.0 very extensive comments. As always, these are just my opinions, not those of the AUWG.

A few meta-comments:
- first, thanks to Alex Li for pulling this together. It was obviously a group effort and one that I think will ultimately make ATAG 2.0 better.
- the number and serious nature of the comments as well as the explicit call to pull back from LC to another WG before trying LC again means the AUWG will have a lot to talk about at this F2F.
- but also, the number of concerns expressed and the number of Microsoft products potentially affected makes me really wish that we had a permanent Microsoft representative on the group. Maybe we can renew our invitation for a representative to join us in trying to find solutions to the issues raised.

Cheers,
Jan
