Hi, When AUWG was consulted a couple of weeks ago, there was general agreement that we should meet at the Tech Plenary (Nov 5-10) in Boston... Now, the days available for meeting are Monday-Tuesday and Thursday afternoon-Saturday (Yes, Saturday is included by default). Since I'm also the interim staff contact for UAWG it would make things difficult if we overlapped with them and they are looking to meet on the Monday and Tuesday. Therefore, would Thursday-Saturday work for the group? (I'll look into seeing if we can have the option to just do Thursday afternoon and Friday if there is a strong preference not to do Saturday) Cheers, Jan PS: We need to lock this down and register by Friday of this week (June 22nd).
