W3C Technical Plenary

FYI - I plan to be at the W3C Technical Plenary all week next week, and if
there's anything I can do on behalf of ATAG, please let me know.  I plan, at
a minimum, to visit the CSS WG, the WCAG Techniques Task Force, and
the QA WG.
