There are still many outstanding proposals that need to be submitted. KM: Many things have changed drastically. The whole document has been so revamped over the past couple of months that the items in question no longer exist or are moved and rewritten. I think the spirit of the critic is still there - have we addressed such-and-such properly - so all the bugs still need to be considered in some way. JR: Evaluate your bugs and send brief comment to JR if you have a bug that can be closed or modified. Items in Guideline 1 Part 1 were gone over quickly and assigned to people if they needed more work. GP offered to host the meeting at Adobe in the Washington, D.C. area. A quick round among those present showed that the dates of August 1-3 or August 3-5 are good. BF suggested holding the meeting for 3 days, and this idea was well received. JR will follow up with JT about these plans. >> 4. Matt will be leaving us June 30th, and JR will take over some of the duties MM had for AUWG until a new hire comes in. The next meeting will be Matt's last with the group as the W3 contact. :-( The next meeting on our every-two-week schedule will be held June 20. <end of minutes>
