Re: Re: AUWG Teleconference on Monday, 19 July 2004-Another Question

What ISO are we discussing about?
The approved ISO TS/16071 or the ISO CD/16071 that - if approved - will
become ISO 16071 in the future and that now is still in developement?
Last WD of 2004-03-24 has some changes in the point 7 and 8, and at
least in other parts of the document.

Question

Another question - in Section 2.2 ATAG guidelines, do we want to change
"part 7.2" to "part 7" of ISO16071?
Either that or say "7.2 through 7.14" of ISO16071?
Are we interested in all of Part 7 Guidelines or just "general
guidelines
(7.2)"? I suspect we may be
interested in all of the guidelines under part 7 (in ISO16071 there are
a
lot of different subheadings under part 7 - guidelines)?
The entire part 7 is titled "Guidelines", but 7.2 is General
Guidelines, 7.3 is Assistive Technologies, 7.4 is Keyboard-input
configuration, 7.5 is Software control of pointing devices, 7.6 is
Display
fonts, 7.7 is Displays, 7.8 is Color, 7.9 is audio output,
7.10 is errors and user notification, 7.11 is on-line documentation and
help, 7.12 is customization of user preferences, 7.13 is
window appearance and behavior, and 7.14 is keyboard input focus

Thanks and best wishes,
